EXECUTIVE SESSION
November 9, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; Mr. Addelson, Comptroller; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for a land acquisition discussion.
Munroe School
Mr. Valente discussed with the Selectmen suggested changes to the Option to Purchase section
of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Mr. Burnell wants the agreement limited to items on an
approved capital list. A majority of the Selectmen want to keep the agreement,straight forward,
to make sense to a majority of Town Meeting Members.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 7:20 p.m.
