EXECUTIVE SESSION
November 3, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for a land acquisition discussion.
Munroe School
Mr. Valente discussed with the Selectmen several issues (repurchase price, how to handle capital
changes, whatcapital improvements count, reporting and tracking and the term of the agreement)
with the Purchase and Sale Agreement and what the options are. The Selectmen agreed with Mr.
Valente’s suggestions.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:15 p.m.
