EXECUTIVE SESSION
August 31, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Ms. Vine,
Assistant Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
to discuss the disposition of real property, with no intent to return to open session.
Sale of Munroe School
The Selectmen confirmed that they want a deed restriction to limit the future owner to use the
property only for civic, cultural, charitable, historic, education or arts use.
The Selectmen all agreed that two appraisals should be done; one based on the deed restriction
for use and one if there was no deed restriction.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 to adjourn at 10:00 p.m.
