EXECUTIVE SESSION
July 13, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; Mr. Addelson, Assistant Town Manager of Finance and Ms. Pease,
Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go in to executive session
to discuss a collective bargaining issue, with no intent to return to open session.
Mr. Valente and Mr. Addelson shared with the Selectmen a projection of FY2011 revenues that
Dr. Ash, School Superintendent, requested to share with the teacher union during negotiations.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 to adjourn at 10:15 p.m.
