EXECUTIVE SESSION
May 4, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for a discussion of real estate, with no intent to return to open session.
Busa Land
Mr. Valente discussed the Busa Letter of Intent and the inclusion of the Busa’s farming the land
for a “nominal” amount. The suggestion was to have them pay rent in the amount of the property
taxesthey are currently paying on the property. The Selectmen agreed with the suggestion.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 to adjourn at 7:15 p.m.
