EXECUTIVE SESSION
April 27, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk. All Planning Board Members, except
Mr. Canale; Ms. McCall-Taylor, Planning Director; Mr. Henry, Senior Planner; Ms. Yanofsky,
Economic Development Officer, and Ms. Vine, Deputy Town Manager.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to consider the value of real
estate where an open session could have a detrimental effect on the Town’sposition in contract
negotiations and to return to open session.
Patriot Partners Proposed Traffic Mitigation
Mr. Valente, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Hornig, Ms. Yanofsky, Ms. McCall-Taylor have been
negotiating a traffic mitigation plan with Patriot Partners. Mr. Valente reviewed the earmarks in
the proposed Memorandum of Understanding with the Selectmen and Planning Board members
and requested feedback within the next few days so the document can be finalized with Patriot
Partners.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to return to open session at 7:05 p.m.
