Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 4-0 by roll call vote to go into executive session to discuss matters of land purchase, with no intent to return to open session. Leary Property The Selectmen discussed the purchase of the Leary property, which will be used for conservation and affordable housing. Mr. Valente relayed questions by the Community Preservation Committee regarding affordable housing units for this parcel. He also presented three plans for the subdivision of the property. Busa Farm Property The Selectmen discussed how the Busa Farm property would be used (recreation and affordable housing) and next steps.
