EXECUTIVE SESSION
February 23, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Chabot, Assistant to the Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 4-0 by roll call vote to go into executive
session for a matter of collective bargaining.
Collective Bargaining
Mr. Valente updated the Selectmen on a meeting with theEmployee Health InsuranceCoalition
and the items they are interested in pursuing to help reduce health care costs.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 11:25 p.m.
