EXECUTIVE SESSION
January 12, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk, were present.
Upon motion dulymade and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call vote to go into executive
session to discuss a real estate issue, with no intent to return to open session.
LexHAB would like to relinquish the HOME funds that were set aside when they purchased the
ParkerManor units. The Planning Board can use them for other affordable housing projects.
The Selectmen suggest taking LexHAB off the home funds list and have the Planning Board use
the funds for another project.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:10 p.m.
