Dear Sir:-
Referring to your application to run an 8 inch water pipe
over Pierce' s Bridge. Would say that we do not consider the bridge
in proper shape to carry this pipe at the present time. I think you
had better confer with our Engineering Department in regard to the
matter.
When you are in Boston will you please confer with Mr. Evans or
myself in regard to the matter.
