HomeMy WebLinkAbout698 Report of committee charged on May 4, 1818 with settling damages in connection with a town road, no datePursuant to a Vote of the Town of Lexington taken May 4th 1818 We the subscribers Selectmen of sd [said] Town having been appointed a Committee to agree and settle for the damage, with the proprietors of lands through which a Town Road is located and laid out from the County Road south of the Middlesex Turnpike to Woburn line, have attended that service and do report as follows Viz That we have for and in behalf of the town mutually agreed with sd proprietors to pay to each of them so soon as the walls are all removed and the straightnings made the following sums Viz To Mr Moses Harrington One hundred and fifty Dollars. To the heirs of Capt Daniel Harrington deceased and to Mr William Tidd Forty Dollars. To Mr Asa Munroe Ten Dollars, making in the whole Two hundred dollars in full for all damages therefor.
