HomeMy WebLinkAbout520 Petition of Hammon Reed et al. for a new road, no date (See 1863 ATM Article 4)To the Selectmen of Lexington Your petitioners inhabitants of Lexington respectfully represent that the public want and convenience require that roads and highways should be laid out and constructed as follows: - Viz Beginning at a point on Main St near the house of Mrs Spaulding and leading westerley to a proposed continuation of Forrest street, at the land of R.D. Blinn, Also - beginnig at a point on Muzzey street near the house now occupied by L.G Babcock and leading northerly to the road above asked for. Also - beginning at the corner of Muzzey and Forrest St. being an extension of Forrest st. and leading Northerly to the road above asked for - Your petitioners would therefore ask that your Honorable Board would view the premises and locate and construct said roads and highways according to the laws in such cases made and provided 520 Hammon Reed F.F.
