Blinn et al. for a new road, no date (See 1863 ATM Article 4)To the Selectmen of Lexington Gentlemen, Your petitioners inhabitants of the town of Lexington respectfully represent that the public convenience and wants, require that a road and highway should be laid out and constructed= beginning at a point on Monument street in said town nearly opposite the house of Henry Mulliken and leading southerly and easterly over land of R D Blinn as laid down on a plan made by C.J.H. Woodbury thence turning nearly a right angle so as to make a connection with Forrest street. Your petitioners would therefore ask your Honorable Board to view the premises and locate and construct said road and highway according to the laws in such cases made and provided R.D. Blinn Isaac W.
