Attended the sd Service on the 16th; & 19 days of this Instant May & Report thereon as followeth: Beginning at Concord Line Ebenr: Lampsons Land on both sides, from a stake & stones on the north side ye Road to a heap of stones on the south side within his fence. four Rodd wide, from a Black oak on Nathll Whittemore to a heap of Stones on Lampsons side within ye fence four Rodd. from a white oak on sd. Whittemores side to ye wall on Lampsons side four Rodd. The Land of Joseph Miriams heirs on both sides, measuring from ye wall on ye South side to a heap of stones North side four Rod. from the Fence on Thomas Nelsons side to a heap of stones on Christr: Mudgins side Four Rodd, & from a stump on sd. Nelsons side to a Ditch Bank on sd: Mudgins side four Rodd, from a stump within Nelsons Fence on the North side to his fence on ye South side four Rodd, & from a mark tree on ye South side to a heap of stones on the North side within Nelsons wall four Rodd. against Nathl: Whittemore Land on both sides, from ye Fence on ye South side to a heap of stones on the North side in the Southwest corner of sd: Whittemores orchard four Rodd. from a stump & stones within sd: Whittemore fence North side to the wall on ye South side four Rodd. from a Stump in Danel Browns Wall to a heap of Stones within sd: Whittemores fence four Rodd. Ebenr: Fisk on both sides from ye fence on the South side to a Black oak markd on ye North side four Rod. Coming up the hill we Renewed a white oak on the South side within sd: Fisks fence, & renewed marks on a Black oak on the other side. between Simon miriams to sd: Fiks renewed ye marks seven [in margin] four rod wide Rodd wide. then Renewed the marks over ye hill on top of sd. hill, & so coming down the hill we renewed ye marks six rod wide against sd: Fisks house renewed marks four rod wide. In the hollow below Sd: Fisk we renewed two monuments within his fence four Rod from ye wall on the South side by Nathl: miriams Land on Both sides we renewed ye marks & ye way no where less than four Rod. Deacon Laughtons first Corner both sides, four Rod. then from ye wall on the South side to a heap of stones on a Rock on ye North side near ye Southwest Corner of his orchard within ye fence: four rod. & from the wall on the north side to a stump formerly marked, four Rodd against Richard Arms Land on Both sides four Rod. then from a Stump at the Southwest Corner of his shop to a white oak near his house four Rodd. between Left: [Leftenant/Lieutenant] Roe & Richard arms from a stump & stones on Roes side to a stump & stones within Arms fence four rod, & a half: then from a stump & stones: In[?] Sd: arms Pasture six Rod & a half. then renewed ye highway bounds coming down ye hill eight Rod half. from a stump & stones on ye South side to a heap of stones within ye wall on ye ministry Land four Rod. at ye last end of the Long Cawsey [Causeway] from Left: Roes fence to a heap of stones between ye gravel pitt on ye North side four Rodd. then ye way widens to an old stump & stones Seven Rod. at ye Cawsey by the Schooll house nine Rod wide from a stump against Left: Roe eight Rod wide, against Willm Roes shop from ye white oak Nine Rod. Below ye Stables from a Stump to John muzzeys wall, five Rod. at the South East Corner of John Muzzeys field, & over against it Jn Amos Muzzeys Land four Rod. a monument with in each of their fences, from a heap of stones in Amos Muzzys Cow yard five foott within ye Cowyard, so four Rod to a heap of stones within his fence on ye other side between John Mason, & Jonathan Raymond four Rod wanting six foott, law made. Two monuments three foot within Each, at the Corner of Deacon Browns orchard by the Land coming down from John Bowman's from a black oak on the west side, measured four Rod, & made. a monument within his fence. then from a heap of stones 15 foott from ye Lower Corner of Robt[?] Harringtons shop to Deacon Browns wall four Rodd. Then a white oak marked Jn sd Harringtons wall fur Rod to a heap of stones within Thomas Cutlers ffence. then renewed an old stump, & so four Rod to sd Cutlers wall. Renewed a Black oak against Thomas Fessingdens [Fessenden's] barn. below ye Barn of Thomas Fessingden deceased from ye wall on ye west side Four Rod to a heap of stones within ye wall on the East side & from a white oak Stump in ye wall on The East side to the wall on ye West to the wall on ye West side four Rodd: against Ephraim Winships on both sides from an old markt stump North side, to a heap of stones in ye meadow, four Rod. against Saml, Winship Land on Both sides; Renewed a white oak markt. Then from his wall on ye South side to a heap of stones within his wall North side, four Rodd. Between Saml Winship on one side & Joseph Winship on ye other, at ye Beginning of Joseph Winships Land four Rod wide, towards ye middle Three & half, & at ye Lower end four Rod. Saml Winships wall on ye South side being ye boundary for ye way. Saml: Winship on both sides from a Great Rock [illegible] ye wall to a heap of stones within his wall on ye South side four Rod. Saml Winship, & Jonathan Robinson on Robinsons side we renewed a white oak & made a mark, a heap of stones within Winships wall. so to a stump in Robinson wall. Sam Winships side at the Turn of ye way going up hill we renewed a white oak Saml Winship on ye one side, & Isaac Bowman on ye other we renewed an elm tree on Bowmans side, & made a new mark on winships side within his wall four Rod asunder. between Isaac Bowman, & John Winship at the Lower Corner four Rod from Bowmans wall. from Isaac Bowmans wall to a heap of stones on Robbert Harringtons side four Rod. # all Persons Immediately Concerned owned these bounds aforesd: to be ye Boundaries of Concord Road aforesd: & promised to deliver up to the Town of Lexington when required to do so all the Lands any of them had Inclosed within sd: Limits, Excepting Thomas Cutler who Disowns the mark tree on Robt Harringtons side.
