Wetherbee's in Acton; thence passing the northerly side of No- gog Pond to near Littleton Old Common; thence northwester- ly either by Deacon John Hrtwell s or by the Hill on the town's farm,to the Canal Route near School House NO1.11 III Groton;thence following the canal route or near the same, through a part of Groterl,Shirley,Lunenburg and Leominster is the village of Fitchbarg;—or on either of the before described- routes front Fitchburg to Waltham; thence across the Charles River to the NVorcester.Rail Road at West Newton;or froze Fitchburg on either of the Before described routes to he afore. mentioned school house in'Groton; thence into and follow- Tng the valley of Stoney Brook,to Elie easterly part of the towlt of Westford; tlleuco to the valley of River Meadow Brook, in Chelmsford,to the Lowell Railroad, near the great ledge— or from Fitchburg'to Concord,on either of the above described routers—thence through the southerly part of Bedford,the nortk- erly part of Lexington and the southerly part of Burlington to the Lowell Railroad in Woburn near the watering station. And that they may be allowed to have such capital in real and personal estate,as may be deemed necessary for the above ob- jects,and may have the privileges and be subject to the duties and liabilities of Railroad Corporations in this Commonwealttl.
