AMeeting ofthe Board ofAssessors was held omMarch Q. 2O1Bmd3:ODp.m. inthe Reed Meeting Room ofthe Town
Hall Office Building.
In attendance: Gregory Johnson, Chairman, Edmund C. Grant, Member, Casimir Groblewski, Member, Michael Golden,
Assistant Assessor/Residential Field Manager and Sandra Pentedemos,Administrative Assessor.
The Chairman, Gregory Johnson called the Meeting toorder at3:UOp.m.
Open Session
Public Comment Time: There were noattendees.
There were nVdiscussions ofFinancial Issues including Overlay Fund.
Chairman Johnson made omotion that the Board VfAssessors gVinto Executive Session under Purpose 7inorder to
deliberate Fiscal Year 2018 Statutory Exemption Applications and Real Estate Abatement Applications since
deliberation inOpen Session would bedetrimental.
The Board voted, 3-Dinfavor togointo Executive Session at3:15p.m.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors adjourned the Executive Session at 4:30 p.m. and
returned hoOpen Session ofthe Meeting.
Open Session
The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor to approve the Fiscal Year 2018 Chapter 59, Section 5 various Clauses of
Statutory Exemption applications. (See list inExecutive fo|der).
The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of four denials and approving of the remaining Fiscal Year 2018 Chapter 59,
Section 50Real Estate applications. (See list inExecutive fo|der).
There were noAppellate Tax Board litigations Uodiscuss.
There was noreview ordiscussion ofprevious held Meeting Minutes.
The Board of Assessors next Meeting will be held on March 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded at 4:35 p.m. to adjourn the Meeting.
