Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective and coalition bargaining
related to Municipal and School unions. The Board of Selectmen will continue in Open Session with
its regular business meeting at approximately 7 p.m. Further, as Vice Chairman I declare that an open
meeting discussion may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town.
Continue discussion from November 20 on collective and coalition bargaining matters.
