Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective and coalition bargaining
related to Municipal and School unions and to reconvene in Open Session only to adjourn. The Board
of Selectmen will continue with a separately posted Selectmen's meeting at approximately 7 p.m.
Further, as Vice Chairman I declare that an open meeting discussion may have a detrimental effect on
the bargaining position of the Town.
Continue discussion from November 6 on collective and coalition bargaining matters.
