Minutes of the Lincoln Park Committee

Present: David Williams, Chair, Robert Pressman,Brian Kelley, Cindy Kuechle, Miles Connors, Robert
Bernard,Joanne Shorter
Bob Bernard and Miles Connor(Parterre)discussed plans for maintaining the park this summer Their
prices have not changed this year It was decided to mow the meadow twice rather than once as in the
past.
Parterre will bring in about 20 of their employees to prune the bushes as soon as the weather permits.
Wesley Wirth(by speaker phone) updated the committee on the progress of the bidding process. The
RFP should go out next week. Members of the committee will be asked to review the bids and offer
their comments.
David Williams revealed that to date$27,600 has been donated to the Granite First Project. This
combined with$30,000 from CPA brings the total available for the project to$57,600 About$50,000
has yet to be raised. Committees will be formed to discuss fundraising and publicity
The next meeting has been scheduled for 2:00pm on April a5,2018.
