Lexington Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Working Group D Meeting Minutes for December 3, 2025
Attendees: Ravneet Grewal, Wendy Manz (Chair), Joyce Murphy
The in-person meeting was chaired by Wendy Manz and minutes were taken by Wendy Manz.
Call to Order:
Ms. Manz called the meeting to order at 10:00 am.
1. Discussion on submitting housing questions to next Lexington Vision questionnaire (2027).
2. Discussion on creating an HPB website: possible sources of funding and technical assistance.
3. Set next meeting date
The next meeting of the full HPB will be on December 18 at 7:00 pm by Zoom. The next meeting
of the HPB Working Group D will be in person on January 6 at 10:00 am at 1713 Mass Avenue,
Lexington.
4. HPB Adjournment
Ms Manz adjourned the meeting at 12:15 pm.
