At the parent update portion of the meeting, Mr. Gupta said he was happy to hear that the
structure of PTO meetings was scheduled to change in February. He also shared that the
largest fundraiser of the year, PTO Auction Experience, was well underway and hoped that it
earned a sizable profit. Questions were raised about the change in "Big Map” with a focus on
providing access to 2nd grade students and an evening community event.
Staff thanked the PTO for the recent reimbursement checks.
Ms. Corduck informed the council that the LEF community grant had been submitted and we
are waiting to hear about approval.
