Minutes of Meeting of November 3, 2025
A meeting of the Sustainable Lexington Committee (SLC) was held by Zoom conference. A
quorum of seven was present throughout.
Members Present: Cindy Arens (chair), Celis Brisbin, Lin Jensen, Andy Joynt, Rick
Reibstein, Todd Rhodes (vice-chair), Kavitha Venkatesan, Dan Voss
Members Absent: Kavita Ravi
Staff Present: None
Other Attendees: Mark Sandeen

SUMMARY OF VOTES:
1.IN FAVOR: Send a letter in support for Article 8 - LHS Design to the Select Board and to be
read at Town Meeting the same evening.

Cindy called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm.
•Statement for STM2025-2 Article 8 - Appropriate for Lexington High School
The committee discussed, amended, and voted to adopt a statement for the LHS design under
Article 8.
Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Sustainable Lexington Committee will be scheduled for 6
pm on either November 17 or 25, 2025.
The committee voted to adjourn at 5:45 pm.
