Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, November 05, 2025
LHRC MEMBERS PRESENT

1. Meeting called to order at 4:04pm
2. Committee members reviewed the Causeway Development, LLC proposal. ET provided a
brief history and overview of the project. It was confirmed that all units are accessible and
ADA compliant with elevators in all buildings. Additionally, each unit includes a washer
and dryer in consideration of future residents. All units are sustainably designed and a
natural playground will be added in the back.
3. CL made a motion to approve Causeway Development’s application to the ZBA for a
comprehensive permit. SH - seconded the motion. Committee voted ‘YES’ unanimously.
