Open Session Minutes
November 10, 2025
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025,
in the Parker Meeting Room, Town Office Building. Gregory A Johnson, Chairman; Edmund C. Grant, Member;
Casimir Groblewski, Member; and Robert F. Lent, Director of Assessing, were present, as well as Carolyn
Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager for Finance; Michael E. Golden, Assistant Director of Assessing; and Cheryl
Draper, Administrative Assessor.
Open Session
Public Comment Time: None present.
Vendor News & Views: None present.
Director's Report: None present.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to adjourn the
Open Session of the meeting at 5:25 p.m. to enter Executive Session under Purpose 6 in order to deliberate
Appellate Tax Board Appeals. Further it was declared that an open meeting discussion may have a detrimental
effect on the litigation position of the town.
5:35 p.m. Motion to adjourn Executive and reconvening into Open Session was seconded and approved.
Ms. Kosnoff joined the meeting at 5:35 p.m. She asked whether there were any questions regarding the Tax
Classification Packet and PowerPoint presentation that had been sent on Friday, November 7, 2025. All members
agreed with what was being presented to the Select Board.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 3-0 by roll call to approve the
meeting minutes from September 30, 2025 meeting.
New Business & Requests: Next meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm
There being no other business, a motion was duly made and seconded at 6:21 p.m. to adjourn the meeting.
