Lexington Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Working Group D Meeting Minutes for Nov. 13, 2025
Attendees: Ravneet Grewal, Wendy Manz (Chair), Joyce Murphy
The in-person meeting was chaired by Wendy Manz and minutes were taken by Wendy Manz.
Call to Order:
Ms. Manz called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm.
1. Discusion on launching an information and engagement campaign to build support for more
housing in Lexington.
Agreed that design of the campaign would wait on the refinement of priorities taking place in
the three other working groups, since the first task is to identify goals (priorities) and convey
why they are important.
2. In the meantime, a first task is to work on a professional web site for the HPB to supply
information and advocate for housing.
3. Set next meeting date
The next meeting of the full HPB will be on Nov 20 at 7:00 pm by Zoom.
4. HPB Adjournment
Ms Manz adjourned the meeting at 2:45 pm.
