Open Session Minutes
September 30, 2025
A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025
in the Parker Meeting Room, Town Office Building., Edmund C. Grant, Member, and Casimir Groblewski,
Member, were present as well as, Michael E. Golden, Assistant Director of Assessing, and Cheryl Draper,
Administrative Assessor Absent: Greg Johnson, Chairman and Robert F Lent, Director of Assessing
Open Session
Public Comment Time: None present.
Vendor News & Views: None present.
Director's Report: None present.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 2-0 by roll call to adjourn the
Open Session of the meeting at 4:15 p.m. to enter into Executive Session under Purpose 6 in order to deliberate
Appellate Tax Board Appeals. Further it was declared that an open meeting discussion may have a detrimental
effect on the litigation position of the town.
4:25 p.m. Motion to adjourn Executive and reconvene into Open Session was seconded and approved.
VOTE: Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Assessors voted 2-0 by roll call to approve the
recommendation of an Appellate Tax Board Settlement.
New Business & Requests: There was no new business and future meeting dates will be determined at a later
time.
There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded at 4:30 p.m. to adjourn the meeting
