A quorum of five was present. Members Present: Mark Sandeen, Marcia Gens, Todd Rhodes, Rick Reibstein, Dan Voss Members Absent: None Other Attendees: Joe Pato The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm. Community Choice Aggregation (M. Sandeen) • We expect to get Community Choice prices on May 17th and need to start our community outreach efforts to lead up to a launch on July 1. Upcoming Events (M. Sandeen) • Hartwell Solar Installation ribbon-cutting is on May 18th at 8:30am. • Bike, Walk and Bus Week: May 19th at 6:30am. ■ Topics: Community Choice, Better Buildings, Lexington Energy Challenge • Discovery Day: May 27th. Four Tables; ■ 1) SLC: Better Buildings (Sustainable Policy), Solar ■ 2) Mothers Out Front: Net-Zero, Gas Leaks ■ 3) HomeWorks: Signups for Home Energy Assessments ■ 4) Peregrine Energy: Community Choice Lexington Energy Challenge (T. Rhodes) • Home Energy Workshop planned for May 3. • Letters went out to residents. • School program starting at Bridge, Estabrook, at Hastings. Sustainable Building Policy (M. Sandeen) • J. Pato will speak with C. Valente to see if he has any questions. Then he'll check with S. Barry to put the policy on the BOS agenda for a vote. Quiet Communities (R. Reibstein) • Plan to set up a Task Force including; Rick, Dan, and others to be identified by Dave Pinsonneault. Gas Leak Plug Pilot Program (M. Sandeen) • A list of 20 leaks has been developed by National Grid. 17 are major and 3 are random/small.
