Members Present: Charles Lamb, Chair; David Kanter, Vice-Chair & Clerk;

• Notice of BoS Meeting with the CEC, the Lexington Appropriation Committee, and

Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's meeting to order at 7:08 P.M. and this
Committee joined the Summit.
At the request of the Chair of the Board of Selectmen, each committee in the Summit was
to designate two members to participate in the discussion under the first Agenda item:
Discussion Regarding Proposed Center Track Replacement Project and Center Field
Lights Replacement. Mr. Lamb reported that he and Mr. Kanter were the designees for this
Committee

Summit.)
Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 9:43 P.M. to adjourn this Committee.
Vote: 5-0
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on February 21, 2018.
