Board Members: Loren Wood, Chairperson and Jim Osten and Bill Ribich, members. Staff: Carolyn
Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager for Finance, Ralph Pecora, Water/Sewer Superintendent, and Liz
Tucker and Robin Fullford, Utility Billing.
8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:10 am.
• Review for approval Minutes of the Meeting of April 13, 2017
It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Ribich and voted unanimously to approve the
Minutes of the April 13, 2017 meeting as presented.
• Review for reapproval Minutes of the meeting June 29, 2017
It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Ribich and voted unanimously to approve the
Minutes of the June 29, 2017 meeting as presented.
• Review for reapproval Minutes of the meeting July 26, 2017
• It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Ribich and voted unanimously to approve the
Minutes of the July 26, 2017 meeting as amended.
• Review for reapproval Minutes of the meeting August 31, 2017
• It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Ribich and voted unanimously to approve the
Minutes of the August 31, 2017 meeting as amended.
• Review recommended updates to Policies & Procedures
Members of the board decided to table this discussion until more staff members are
present.
Members reviewed "Open Meeting Law Guide-2017" page 16 as it applies to "timely" approval
and posting of Minutes of the Meetings"

It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve all leak-based
abatements as presented with the exception of 443 Massachusetts Avenue which was approved as
amended. 9 Foster Road and 450 Woburn Street were withdrawn.

It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and voted unanimously to approve all Billing/Me-
ter Issue abatements as presented with the exception of 39 Sherburne Road which was withdrawn.
Adjourn
It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Wood and approved unanimously to adjourn the meeting
at 9:32 am.
