The meeting was called to order at 10:01 AM. A quorum was present. Chair Jeri Zeder read the script for
remotely conducted open meetings.
Members voted unanimously: Coppe Aye; Cohen Aye, Quezada, Aye; Zeder Aye.
Jere Zeder moved and Marian Cohen moved approval of the March 21, 2025 minutes.

The vote was unanimous.
Discussion Final Draft
Page 6: Does it matter if everyone votes? Should voters be informed and engaged? Should the uninformed
vote? Do we need to broaden the base of engaged voters?
Page 8(7?) Delete last sentence.
Page 9 Change “trial” to “exploration”
Page 10 Change “contagion” to “habit formation”
Does the Town Clerk need an increased budget? Has it been asked for?
Page 20 Table 2.1 is turnout by age. Delete two tables of age distribution in 2012 and 2016.
Marian will work with Jeri on graphs.

Marian will work on formatting the report.
Aim is to finish Draft by June meeting.
