Enforcement.
Section 6. The Inspector of Buildings, in the name
of the town, may take such measures as the public
safety requires to carry this by-law and every section
thereof into effect, and by any expense, not exceeding
$100, incurred in so doing may be recovered by the town
from the owner of the defective property.
