HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-09-04-TREE-min Lexington Tree Committee Minutes 9.4/25 1 . Meeting was called to order at 7:32 AM. Present were Ben Fein- Cole, Nancy Sofen, Gavin Grant, Rachel Noack Summers, Barbara Tarrh, Alicia Morris, Pat Moyer (co-chair), Joe Pato (Select Board), Charlie Wyman and Charles Hornig (guests). Minutes of August 8 were approved as amended unanimously. 2. Mark Connor will be going off the committee. We considered possible people to recruit. 3. Enforcement of bylaw, including 2024 amendments, is of ongoing concern. Nancy has been informally updating the Tree Warden about violations. There are 32 active construction sites. Committee members were willing each to take on a few sites to monitor; all sites were assigned. Reports will be sent to Nancy via a Google form to be created by Rachel. Nancy will communicate results to the Tree Warden. Pat will let Dave P and Chris F know about the plan. 4..
