These letters were also solicited in the 6 page "Mission Statement" enclosed with Rick White's March 5 letter announcing the March 13 meeting to all interested parties. The following lists the groups and individuals who responded (see enclosures): Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Oldenburg 1 2 J. Vinton 1 Associate DAC member R.Ossman 1 LF&GC and FEP rep. ,,---- Kathleen Yates 1 From the letters there appears to be reasonable support for Scheme B. Scheme C was equal to B in terms of first choices but fell very close behind when second choices were factored in. The Police Chief at the March 13 meeting indicated a preference for Scheme B, we believe, but it was not confirmed in writing. It was suggested that the Fire Chief be consulted also. Although a good majority of DAC members favor Scheme B, all DAC members said they would support any of the three Schemes if chosen by the Selectmen and would work with them and interested parties to refine the ultimate plan.
