Attendance: Sudhir Jain, John Zhao, Kelsey Rollins, Michelle Kelleher, Bonnie
Teitleman-Levin, Ellen Cameron, Julie Shapiro.
John started meeting at 3:02pm
July 30th 2025 minutes approved.
New Business: John discussed liaison positions openings and the working group
and see if are interested. Openings, Center Committee, Housing Partnership
Board. Sudhir will set up a meeting with Susan B regarding transportation.
Parking Pass Renewals: John and Michelle talked with IT. Trying to use open gov
the new format for the town for the parking renewal program. May need to use
the same format they used previously. Time will tell what the best format is. We
offered to help in anyway. Discussed other nearby towns process, however they
have only 100 or so passes to process vs Lexington which is 3000.
Senior Property exemption tax program: Not many people are applying. Dana is
asking to raise the amount to $2000. Need to increase to get more people
involved/enrolled.
We also discussed on how to help recruit volunteers for FISH. They need more
drivers. Also discussed having high school students help Seniors learn how to use
Uber/Lyft.
