Flynn At its meeting of 2/17/82 , the Traffic Safety Committee discussed the concerns outlined in two letters from residents of Concord Avenue, the first from Mrs. Bethony at #279 , and the second from Mrs. Flynn at #310. Central to their concerns is the Concord Avenue/Scott Road/Blossom Street intersection, the areas of Concord Avenue immediately abutting the intersec- tion and the limited sight distances which exist there. Both letters request some sort of warning devices be installed to alert drivers of these limitations. After lengthy discussion, the Committee voted to recommend installing two signs on Concord Avenue with the following wording: CAUTION - VEHICLES SLOWING AND TURNING AHEAD. These signs would have white letters on a red background. Those in attendance: Peter M. Chalpin Capt.
