She read the authorization for remote meetings. A quorum was present. Vote to call meeting to order: Marsha Baker, Aye; Margaret Coppe, Aye; Bebe Fallick, Ting Fang, Aye; Pam Fowler, Aye; Marie -Tristan Rago, Aye; Melissa Robbins, Aye; Elsie Xu, Aye. The vote was unanimous Economic Development Report Jay Abdella/Sandhya Iyer Patriots' Day Data (4 Days around April 19) 2 Attachments • People counter: Up over May 2024. • Visitor's Center Merchandise Sales: 52% increase over May 2024 • On Line (Liberty Ride Trolley, charters) up 146% over May 2024 • March website report: • Sperling March report • All May numbers are up • Summer initiative/Plans 1. Quack Walker Celebration with ABCL; story time in diorama room, programs on Visitor Center lawn. 11 2. Murals: Poles behind the Depot on the Bike Path slated to be finished mid-July; East Lexington murals ion Bike Path on schedule to be finished by end of summer (these are ARPA funded) 3. Landscaping: Tree removal on Bike Path in East Lexington; will be replaced by native species; wayfinding signs, benches, water station donated by CAAL. 4. Joseph's trolley; Joseph has received a grant to partially find their purchase of an EV trolley; Sandhya reported that we have one more year on the current contract, but a new contract will increase the costs. Decision has to be made on how to move forward. Select Board will want recommendation from Tourism. Minutes Marsha Baker moved, and Pam Fowler seconded, approval of the May 19, 2025 minutes. Meeting House Model Update No report Goals Discussion postponed. Updates and Miscellaneous Center Committee: Kat MacDonald reported that Sadhya and Jay have been keeping local merchants informed about activity in the business districts. They are waiting for updated solution to the municipal parking lots, including installation of solar panels. They are working on goals for submission to the Select Board. Lexington History Museums: New Executive Director has been hired and will come on board in September. In the meantime, a transition team has been running the museums. Website and emails: None Cultural District: All grant checks have been distributed. Pa NPW ItPmC Bebe Fallick inquired about the status of traffic lights on the crossing of the Bike Path at road.
