1. Call to Order: Housing Partnership Board Meeting
Ms. Weiss called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm. The roll was called.
2. Discussion and vote on July 16, 2025 Housing Summit HPB draft document
Ms. Manz introduced the document written by the Housing Summit working group, noting that
the Town Manager has not indicated that he is seeking such a document. Nonetheless, it is a
good document to have on hand for anyone interested in the workings of the HPB.
The HPB agreed to focus on the sections of the document that are likely to be relevant to the
discussion at the Housing Summit. Those sections are HPB Role, HPB’s Responsibilities, and HPB
Roadman and Ongoing Work. The group placed special emphasis on ensuring that the roadmap
and ongoing work section correctly reflects the work of the HPB.
Ms. Heitz exited the meeting.
3. Reports from Working Groups 1-4- 3 minutes for each group
There were no working group reports.
4. Liaison Reports
Affordable Housing Trust: Causeway has submitted their application for the Project Eligibility
Letter. There is now a comment period. Once the comment period has closed, a Project Eligibility
Letter will be provided. That will allow the Causeway to submit an application for a
comprehensive permit.
There were no other liaison reports.
5. Update on dissolution of Housing Foundation
Ms. Cohen reported that the Lexington Housing Foundation has been dissolved. The Attorney
General’s Office has sent a Notice of Dissolution; Ms. Cohen informed the Secretary of the
Commonwealth of the dissolution and filed the requisite form with the IRS.
6. Review and approve minutes for June 18, 2025
After Ms. Heitz exited the meeting, the HPB did not have a quorum and, as such, did not take a
vote on the minutes.
