The time for granting and renewing licenses will be on Tuesday, the 29th
day of March next, at Cambridge. The statute of March 24, 1832, requires that the
application of each individual for granting or renewing his or her license should be
accompanied by a certificate, the form of which is prescribed in the same staute.
