To The Selectmen of Lexigton -
In conformity with section [illegible] of the "Rules
and Regulations" approved by The Town April
1858, I herewith lay before your honorable board
a list of Officers and Members attached to the
Lexington Fire Department; also the apparatus
under their charge, and its condition; also the
expenses as approved by the Board of Engineers
for the year ending April 30th 1858 --

Spanners with belts - 50 keyes - 50 Badges - 5 Rub-
-ber Coats - 5 cups - 1 Roll-Book - 1 Record Book
1 Journal - 2 Steel Stumps - 1 Stove - 1 coal Hod & poker
1 Bailer - 1 Pail - 1 Water Pot - 1 shovel - 1 Broom
2 cans for oil - House in good condition

to Two Hundred and ninty-four dollars and 11/100
the same having been expended for the fire
