The Selectmen of West Cambridge and Lexington
met agreeably to appointment near the old Bow-
man House are the borders of the two towns, and
proceeded to ascertain the point on the highway
where it was crossed by the line dividing West
Cambridge and Lexington, and agreed to e-
rect a stone Monument by the way side
southerly of the Bowman House, near the culvert
passing under said highway - said Mon-
ument to be marked L. & W.C. and to be regarded
as the true boundary.
