authorized by Chapter 191 of the Acts of
1907., what streets or ways the present and

will require in the below -described section of
land, will give a public hearing at the Se-
lectmen'a room in the Town Hall, Lexington,
on Tuesday evening, December 21st, 1920, at
quarter before eight o'clock, as to the loco -
tion direction, width and grades o£�ss��ttreeta
Ind ways in said section of land or terstreets
the same to he shown on a plan thereof pre-
pared and filed in accordance will, the pro-
rb3ions of Section 3 of said Act. Following
s a description of the section of hoe

more or less, situated on the easterly side of
Bedford Street in the northerly part of Lex-
ington and supposed to be held by Charles A.
Stewart as Trustee under a Declaration of
Trust, dated October 21st, 1920 and filed in
the Middlesex South District Re.istry of.
Deeds, said tract consisting of the two par -i
cols of land which were conveyed by Still-
man D. Kendall and wife to Harvey S. Bacon)
by deed dated October 21st 1920, and re-
corded in said Registry, Book 4391, Page 84.

The Board of Survey for the Town o
Lexington, having under consideration, a
authorized by Chapter 191 of the Acts o
1907, what streets or ways the present an,

The tract containing thirty-three acre,
more or less, situated on the easterly side of
Bedford Street in the northerly part of Lex
ington and supposed to be held by Charles A.
Stewart as Trustee under a Declaration of
Trust dated October 21st, 1920, and filed in
'the Middlesex South District Registry of
Deeds. said tract consisting of the two par-
cels of land which were conveyed by Still.
man D. Kendall and wife to Harvey S. Bacon
by deed dated October 21st, 1920, and re-
corded in said Registry, Book 4397, Page 64.

ARTICLE 26 AS PASSED AT THE ADJOURNED TOWN MEETING HELD MARCH 119 1918
Article 26. CREATION OF PLANNING BOARD.
On motion of Jay 0. Richards, it was"voted that a
Planning Board be created in accordance with Chapter
283 of the Acts of 1911.E and amendments thereto, said
Board to consist of six members, two members to be
elected for the term of one year, two members to be
elected for the term of two years and two members
for the term of three years, and annually hereafter
in the month of March two members shall be elected
for the term of three years."
Vote passed unanimously at 7:47 P. M.
