design and construction for a new Maria Hastings Elementary School,located at 7 Crosby Road
in Lexington,including the payment of costs for a feasibility study,design development,
demolition,architectural and engineering services,original equipment, furnishings,
landscaping,paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such
construction?
