LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS
December 12, 1985
Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the Town, published on November 28 and December 5, 1985 and notice sent by
mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of
Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building
on the petitions listed below.
Acting on the petitions were: Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Associate
Members: William C. Hays, Mary W. Miley, John J. McWeeney and Robert V. Whitman.
1403 Massachusetts Avenue (Old Munroe School): Arts/Lexington and Share -A -Ride
requested a special permit, in accordance with Zoning By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and
10.1.4, to install a standing sign.
52B Waltham Street: Grant Cole Realtors, Ronald W. Colwell, President, requested a
special permit, in accordance with Zonign By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and 10.1.4, to
install a double-faced standing sign without lights at 52B Waltham Street.
110 Hartwell Avenue: Hartwood Limited Partnership requested a special permit, in
accordance with Zoning By -Law Sections 10.4.4 (c) and 10.4.4 to install a standing
sign at 110 Hartwell Avenue.
238 Wood Street: Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory requested
a special permit under Zoning By -Law Sections 3.3 and 6.3 for the extension and
enlargement of a non -conforming use to construct a 7200 square foot addition to an
existing building at 238 Wood Street.
' 24 Lincoln Street: Hayden Precision Ice Skating Teams requested a special permit
under Zoning By -Law Section 3.3 and Table 1, Line 3.5, to sell Christmas trees on
December 13, 14, and 15 at the Hayden Skating Facility at 24 Lincoln Street.
95 Hayden Avenue: Ledgemont Research Park Associates Limited Partnership, c/o The
Beal Companies, requested a modification of existing special permits to allow the
remodeling of the interior of an existing building to create an additional 9,377
square feet of office space, and to add 92 parking spaces to the site at 95 Hayden
Ave.

52B Waltham St. SP granted unanimously.
110 Hartwell Ave. SP granted unanimously.
238 Wood St. - Petitioner's request to WITHDRAW the petition was granted unanimously.
24 Lincoln St. SP granted unanimously.
95 Hayden Ave. SPS granted unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 11:02 p.m.
