LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS
August 8, 1985
Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute-Man, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town, published on July 25 and August 1, 1985 and notice sent
by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions
of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office
Building on the petitions listed below
Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G Taylor, Vice Chairman
Natalie H. Riff in, Robert M Gary, Anne R Scigliano, and Mary W Miley, Associ-
ate Member
321 Marrett Road Glenn Comeau requested a special permit in accordance with
zoning by-law Table 1, lines 6 12, 6 13 and 6 14 to operate Glen Eric's Delica-
tessen and Sandwich Shop at 321 Marrett Road
32 Winter Street Randall H. Hicks et al requested a special permit, in accord-
ance with zoning by-law Section 7 4.9 for the continued use of 32 Winter Street
as a dwelling
15 Sutherland Road Diane Jellis requested a variance of dimensional controls,
zoning by-law Section 7 and Table 2, to add a deck at 15 Sutherland Road
38 Meriam Street Estate of Marjorie S Emery, Wilbur M. Jaquith and George W
Butterworth, Executors, requested a variance from zoning by-law Section 7 2 to
reduce the lot area of the property at 38 Meriam Street by approximately 1,444
square feet
7 Roosevelt Road Richard W and Mildred Ham requested a Special Permit, in
accordance with zoning by-law Section 7 4 9, for the continued use of the single
family dwelling as located at 7 Roosevelt Road; and a variance of dimensional
controls, zoning by-law Section 7 and Table 2, to permit construction of an
addition
55 Pleasant Street Bruce E and Susan S Novich requested a variance of front
yard setback requirements, Table 2 dimensional controls, to construct a second
floor addition; or in the alternative a Special Permit, pursuant to Section 6 3,
for the same purpose

All of the above petitions were granted, except 15 Sutherland Road, which was
denied Decisions were by unanimous votes of the Board of Appeals
