Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -Man, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town, published on May 9 and 16, 1985 and notice sent by mail,
postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions of Massachu-
setts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office Building on the
petitions listed below.
Acting on the petitions were: Chairman Thomas G. Taylor, Vice Chairman
Natalie H. Riffin, Robert M. Gary, Clarence D. Turner, and Associate Member
Robert V. Whitman.
1088 Massachusetts Avenue: Wendy Tighe -Hendrickson requested a special permit, in
accordance with Zoning By -Law Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 8.3, to continue to
use a portion of her residence at 1088 Massachusetts Avenue as an office for the
practice of counseling as a licensed psychologist.
15 Utica Street: James H. Burke requested a variance of dimensional controls,
Section 7.4.1 b, in order to attach a Solar Sunspace Addition to the side of the
house,::built in 1905, at 15 Utica Street.
435 Concord Avenue: Suzanne Miller requested a special permit in accordance with
Table 1, line 2.2, to operate a nursery/day care center for fifteen children at
435 Concord Avenue.
99 East Street: David J. O'Brien requested a special permit, in accordance with
Zoning By -Law Section 5.7, to construct an inground swimming pool at 99 East St.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
1088 Mass. Ave. - SP granted, by unanimous vote, for five years.
15 Utica St. Variance granted, by unanimous vote.
435 Concord Ave. - SP granted (for 15 children), by unanimous vote.
99 East St. - SP granted, by unanimous vote.
The meeting adjourned at 10:02 p.m.
