February 14, 1985
Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute-Man, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town, published on January 31 and February 7, 1985 and
notice sent by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to
the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in
the Town Office Building on the petitions listed below
Acting on the petitions were Chairman Thomas G Taylor, Vice Chairman
Natalie H Rif fin, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D Turner and Associate Member
John J McWeeney
18 Boulder Rd , Richard J and Lee A Marzilli requested a variance of
dimensional controls, Zoning By-Law Section 7 and Table 2, to add a one-story
addition to the single family house at 18 Boulder Road
39 Lincoln St , Donald M. Crocker, Jr and Sandra C Crocker requested a
variance of dimensional controls, Zoning By-Law Section 7 1 and Table 2 to
add a two-story addition to the single family residence at 39 Lincoln Street
23 Pearl St , Stephen Puleo requested a variance of dimensional controls,
Zoning By-Law Section 7 and Table 2, for a single story addition to the
single family house at 23 Pearl Street
62 Harding Rd , James W Driscoll and Elizabeth MacEachron requested a special
permit, pursuant to Zoning By-Law Sections 3 3 and 7 4 9, for the continued
use of the single family house, as located on the lot, at 62 Harding Road
6 North Hancock St , Richard P Folsom A hearing was held on Mr Folsom's
petition to extend the take-out food service, by adding seafood products and
poultry at the food market, on January 24, 1985 No decision was reached on
that date Discussion with respect to coming to a decision was continued to
February 28. (please see February 28 minutes)

39 Lincoln St - Variance granted by unanimous vote
23 Pearl St - Variance denied by unanimous vote
62 Harding Rd - SP granted by unanimous vote
