Pursuant to notice in the Lexington Minute -man, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town, published on January 10 and 17, 1985 and notice sent
by mail, postage prepaid, to all interested parties pursuant to the provisions
of Massachusetts General Laws, public hearings were held in the Town Office
Building on the petitions listed below.
Acting on the petitions were: Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman; Natalie H.
Riffin, Vice Chairman; Robert M. Gary; Anne R. Scigliano and Clarence D.
Turner.
Lot at the corner of Myrna & Carl Roads, John and Maureen Gilbert requested a
variance of the ZBL dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2 (frontage
requirement) for Lot 35 at the corner of Myrna and Carl Roads, shown on
Assessors Map 76 (area 36,931 sq. ft., frontage 94.25 ft.), so that a single
family house may be constructed on it.
443 Lincoln St., Albert R. Piantedosi requested a variance (Section 3.2.2) to
allow temporary parking of motor vehicles within a fenced area on the property
at 443 Lincoln Street in conjunction with a grandfathered non -conforming use
(body shop) and the towing of disabled cars which is otherwise authorized.
4 Spencer St., John W. Flaherty, Jr. and Barbara Flaherty requested a special
permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, for the continued use of the residential
building constructed in or about 1926, as located on the premises at 4 Spencer
Street.
915 Waltham St., Texaco, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to Section
313 and Table 1, line 5.1, to erect a free standing canopy to cover fuel
dispensers on concrete islands on the premises at 915 Waltham Street.
6 North Hancock St., Richard P. Folso. requested a special permit for take out
food, pursuant to ZBL Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 6.14, to continue the
present take-out food service, and to extend the service by adding seafood
products and poultry.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
The lot -_Myrna & Carl Rds. - V denied unanimously.
443 Lincoln St. - Use under Variance continued to 1/16/87.
4 Spencer St. SP granted unanimously.
915 Waltham St SP denied unanimously.
6 No. Hancock St. —discussion re. decision continued to February 14.
70 Westview St. - Board voted unanimously to accept traffic plan with
conditions.
