HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-05-10LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS May 10, 1984 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:45 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Anne R. Scigliano Clarence D. Turner Jonathan P. Doran, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 9 Paddock Lane, Arthur and Arlene Ansin requested a variance of Zoning By -Law Section 2 (frontage street) to change their legal address from 86 Marrett Road to 9 Paddock Lane. 6 Albemarle Avenue, Kenneth Virgile and Helene Mayer requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to allow the single family house at 6 Albemarle Ave. to remain as located and a variance of ZBL Sections 6, 7 and Table 2 (dimensional controls) to add an addition. 1721 Massachusetts Avenue, Alex Castiello requested pursuant to ZBL Section 3.3 and Table 1, lines 6.13 and 6.14, to operate a bakery for the sale of bakery items to be taken out or eaten on the premises on a self service basis, at 1721 Mass. Ave. '294 Woburn St., Mary C. Pedrotti requested a special permit to install a swimming pool, pursuant to ZBL Section 5.7, at 294 Woburn Street. Hartwell Ave., near Wood St. and Hanscom AFB (town map 73, lot 10 and map 74, lot 1A), Zoned CD, for the uses and under the conditions set forth both in Article 61 as approved by the 1982 Town Meeting for the Town of Lexington and in the order of conditions issued by the Lexington Conservation Commission dated 28 April 1983. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 9 Paddock La. - Variance granted, by unanimous vote, to designate Paddock Lane as the frontage street. 6 Albemarle Ave. - SP to allow house to remain as located. Variance to add an addition, granted. 1721 Mass. Ave. - SP granted, by unanimous vote. 294 Woburn St. - SP granted, by unanimous vote.. Hartwell Ave.- SP granted, by unanimous vote.
