Present and acting on petitions were Thomas G. Taylor, Chairman Natalie H Rif fin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Anne R. Scigliano Clarence D Turner Public hearing were held on the following petitions 420 Bedford St , Frederick Pilecki, F P Kitchen, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to ZED Table 1, line 8 6, to provide food service to tenants and employees in the building at 420 Bedford Street (Boston Properties) 2 Pinewood St , William E and Bernadette M Jaros requested a variance of dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to construct a garage within 10 5 feet of the side property line 14 Trotting Horse Drive, Gerald and Nina Holton requested a variance of dimensional controls, Section 7 and Table 2, to allow a garage to remain were it had been located with insufficient setback from the front lot line. IIIPeter F DiMatteo, Building Commissioner, and Brad Nyhan, Assistant Building Commissioner were present and gave testimony with respect to the Trotting Horse Drive case Decisions filed with the Town Clerk 420 Bedford St - SP granted, unanimously 2 Pinewood St - Variance denied, unanimously 14 Trotting Horse Drive - Variance granted by vote of 4 to 1, Clarence D Turner voting in the negative The meeting adjourned at 10 20 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Evelyn F Cole, Administrative Clerk Note Please see decisions for details
