The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7 30 P.M
Present and acting on petitions were
Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Natalie H Riff in, Vice Chairman

Clarence D Turner, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions
18 Cedar St , Dennis A. Brown, Administrator of the Estate of Viola Brown, requested
a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to allow a garage to remain as it
has for at least 30 years, to complete sale of property at 118 Cedar Street
10 Maguire Rd , Itek Corporation requested a special permit (SPS - ZBL Section 3 4)
to allow construction of a two-story (26,000 s.f ) addition to be used for office
space. A new kitchen and serving area will replace a kitchen and cafeteria
Traffic impact continues to be a major concern of Town Boards. At this hearing
as well as others in the Hartwell Avenue area, town officials and others debate and
discuss this issue at great length.
