HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-06-3011 C LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS June 30, 1983 The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:30 P.M. Present and acting on petitions were: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Thomas G. Taylor Robert M. Gary Clarence D. Turner, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 18 Cedar St.,: Dennis A. Brown, Administrator of the Estate of Viola Brown, requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to allow a garage to remain as it has for at least 30 years, to complete sale of property at 118 Cedar Street. 10 Maguire Rd., Itek Corporation requested a special permit (SPS - ZBL Section 3.4) to allow construction of a two-story (26,000 s.f.) addition to be used for office space. A new kitchen and serving area will replace a kitchen and cafeteria. Traffic impact continues to be a major concern of Town Boards. At this hearing as well as others in the Hartwell Avenue area,town officials and others debate and discuss this issue at great length. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 18 Cedar St.- SP granted unanimously. 10 Maguire Rd. SPS granted unanimously.
